The Free tier is entirely free and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription. No questions asked.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, but typically takes 5–10 business days.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase or renewal. After 14 days, we do not offer partial refunds for the remainder of the annual term, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
